The role has the responsibility for assisting Neopost sales representatives generate revenue through the sale of our Neopost software solutions (NeoDoc). Your responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Neopost. This role acts as the primary pre-sales support for all PrintMachine/NeoDoc opportunities and serves as a liaison between Sales and the NeoDoc team, providing application analysis & product configurations to satisfy customer needs. The ability to be “hands on” and complete simple solution delivery is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to generate revenue by providing pre-sales support for NeoDoc Software solutions.
- Document business requirements using the agreed processes in accordance with customer expectation and provide the “road map” to implement the final Neopost solutions.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet required deadlines.
- Provide weekly reporting in an agreed format.
- Support NeoDoc marketing for Output Management Solutions.
- Support with product knowledge/training where appropriate on NeoDoc software.
- Act as “voice of the customer” passing back requests to NeoDoc to stimulate future product development.
Position requirements:
- Experience with Output Management Software or similar.
- Hands on approach when needed and willingness to implement software to assist the NeoDoc team.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self starter and positive change agent within the organization.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges.
- High degree of time management skills and understanding of prioritization.
- Flexible approach on planning & scheduling travel to support the business needs.
- Team player and ability to influence coach and develop sales specialists.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education/Experience:
- A Degree in a relevant field (IT) or equivalent certifications/experience required
- 2-3 years of software configuration experience with exposure to software/solution pre-sales.
As a Software solution specialist, you will need strong project management skills, to look for maximizing the profitability of each business case and to get customer satisfaction during the whole project process. You must be fluent in English and confident at using Microsoft office especially Excel and Word.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled Software Pre-sale Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work within a stimulating international environment. The successful candidate will be part of an increasingly successful and fast growing business. You will have to interface with the Sales Team, NeoDoc team and, Neopost Legal Department when the contract has to be built, the Managers in charge of Postal relationships and Management of OpCos, distributors and customers.
This role will be challenging and will suit a candidate who is highly self motivated and enjoys working hard in order to make a positive and visible contribution to a business. Travel, mostly international, will be around 30-40 days per year. You will work out of your office in Stockholm, Solna.
